Kemeny Overseas Products Corp. was founded in Chicago in 1946 and since that time has specialized in supplying tinmill products and used equipment to domestic and overseas customers. The corporate headquarters, which is responsible for overall management, administration and finance, is located in the heart of downtown Chicago in the historic Civic Opera Building. The Kemeny Chicago team has a combined total of more than a Century of experience in handling tinmill products.

Kemeny Overseas Products Corp. has also been active in China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan for more than 40 years. In 1995 Kemeny established a representative office in Shenzhen (Now in Shanghai) to facilitate communication and expedite business in China. The Kemeny China office efficiently handles procurement and export coordination with all our branches.

The Kemeny Asia Manila office, located in IBM Plaza in Eastwood City Cyberpark, was set up to provide better service to our customers in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. With fast and reliable DSL internet connectivity, the Manila office is ready to efficiently handle sales and order implementation from confirmation to delivery for customers in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Located one hour south of Metro Manila in Santo Tomas Batangas, Kemeny Asia Batangas Tinplate Service Center was set up to provide accurate rectangular and scroll tinplate shearing and distribution services for customers who require high quality products, combined with "just in time" delivery and service.

Our plant is located half way between Manila and Batangas ports with excellent highway access to either port for efficient handling of import, export and inter-island shipments. The plant was custom built by us on a 1.7 Hectare site with 4,300 square meters of office and warehouse space, 3,300 square meters of roads and parking and 9,000 square meters available for expansion.

Two twin high speed cutting lines, imported from the USA, have the capacity to cut coils of up to 10MT. The lines are equipped with backed up levelers, edge trimmers, automatic pinhole and gauge detectors, visual defect detection and automatic classifiers.

The lines are capable of rectangular and scroll cutting at speeds of up to 165 sheets per minute with accuracy of -0, +0.30mm. Our tinplate experts at the Batangas plant have combined experience of more than half a century of tinplate processing. Working with local can machinery experts we stock some used can making equipment and used spare parts at our Batangas plant for just in time delivery to our customers.
